Términos y condiciones

 

(RULES) LOCATION:

    • Any material damage to the property must be notified to the host and he or she will proceed to decide how to resolve it.
    • Noise is not allowed after 10pm.
    • Parties are prohibited.
    • Smoking is prohibited inside the properties.
    • Check-in takes place at 11am and Check out at 2pm.
    • Respect the established parking areas.
    • Respect the number of guests in each room, for each additional person an amount established by the host must be paid.
    • It is necessary to remove shoes to use the hammocks in the rooms.
    • If you want any item or product (Wine, package of coffee, bottle of water or beers) you must pay in cash at check-in time.
    • It is prohibited to use bath towels to clean makeup or shoes.
    • Do not feed the animals that come to the property.
    • Do not place sanitary towels or toilet paper inside the toilet, since in Costa Rica the skeptical tanks are sensitive.
    • Do not leave household appliances on.
    • Separate solid waste and organic waste.
    • Sexual harassment is prohibited within the property.
    • Disrespect or attacks on the host or guests are prohibited.

CANCELLATIONS:

    • In case of cancellation, notification must be given two weeks before the reservation date. (In case of any special situation we are willing to modify the dates as long as there is availability).

 
 

RENEWAL:

    • In case of any situation at the country level, which is out of our hands, the dates may be renewed according to availability.
